Hi, I'm Katie Bradford (originally a Kappler) and I am a professional educator with a passion for blending educational technology and effective teaching practices. I currently work for Five-Star Technology Solutions as an Innovative Learning Specialist. I use my "in-the-trenches" experience teaching in a one-to-one environment for six years, my master's degree in Educational Technology, and my Google Certification to provide training and professional development to teachers all over northern Indiana. The best part of my job is sharing with other educators how technology can transform teaching and learning in their classrooms!
Previously, I was a middle school teacher for six years in Plymouth, Indiana. I shared my love for reading, writing, and learning as a Language Arts instructor and a Project-Based Learning facilitator.
You'll find that I am a die-hard Michigan State fan, being an alumna and all. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, later returning for my master's degree in Educational Technology. Go Green!
